    it is mine too - as you will see from my stats I have a long way to go

    Yes it sure is I have a long way to go too! I'm 17st 7 and want to be 12st!! I'm 5ft 9 so that's about right / manageable for my height. - not sure I can see your stats as im on the mobile. What are they? Do u have a diary?

    gw 9 7

    I am only 5 3
    so a bmi of 38.9 and a goal of around 23 - I am however not at all worried about what weight I am at I want to be able to get to a size 10 12 like I used to be as I have loads of clothes in the loft I have tents now and have size 18 in the back of the wardrobe and want to be in them for my holiday I can get into my 18 combats but there is no doing them up yet - if I can take them on holiday it would be wonderful - if not they will fit me when I get back as I am going to do my best to stay with the plan

    Great i will find and subscribe. great to have some goals. I too would love to be a size 12 and agree that that is more imp than a specific weight but I just have 12st in my head! I think il prob eventually maintain a little higher than that maybe a size 12-14 ATM I am a size 18-20 and just want to get into the 15st bracket and size 16s.

    Day one not gone brilliantly but I am on a loooong work shift till tomorrow eve so hoping to get more in the swing of it on wed and Thursday when I am off work and able to focus more!

    sorry your first day was not good
    I have to say I am lucky mine was = I still have one more mrf to go will have a bar about 8.30 9ish so I am not hungry at bedtime

    as your day was difficult can you rethink your day and the timings of your food
    I know with the bar I cut it into slivers and then froze them (not sure that is allowed) that way when I eat them they will take some time to melt in the mouth so lasting much longer - perhaps you could stretch that out to cover your danger period

    I do hope getting into ketosis will help you
