    How did it get to this?

    I'm Belle and I'm fat.

    im an emotional eater. I have hardly any clothes that fit me. I squeeze into uncomfortable outfits and spend days feeling horrible. I avoid doing stuff as I have nothing to wear and I dislike how I look.

    Feels like my life is just slipping away.

    So I have to do something. I do not want to look back on my life and have regrets.

    I'm Belle and tomorrow I am determined to start changing my life.

    So it's a whopping 14-11 starting weight for me. I never want to see those numbers again. Ever. Off out today for Father's Day, going to the beach for a few hours. Will take a shake and a bar and a coke zero with me. Feeling very positive, but apprehensive at the same time.
