    Amanda's final step...

    Hey everyone I am new to slim and save but certainly not new to dieting... I have done so many and so far lost 4st but this year it has been slowly creeping back on, I have 2 stone left to shift being a size 14 my dream is that size 10!
    So today has been my first day on this plan and I have stuck to it as I am so determined to shift this final weight!
    Just returned from a team day where there was spreads of food... Not ideal for a first day on this but I did not touch a thing or was I tempted to I shall try and post each day to keep my mind on track, I hope others have had fabulous results from this

    Day 2; so today I had my first spag bol pack and I loved it! Defiantly a fav so far and my choc shake I haven't even been tempted to fall off the wagon, been able to cook the other halts tea I purchased him some Belgian buns as he loves them and they have been sat there on the side all afternoon... Not bothered me so far I am extremely pleased with myself just hope it stays that way Slim and save is awesome and the meal planner is a very useful tool I am determined and can do this!!

    i had spag bol too, added black pepper and tabasco sauce to it - mmmm soooo delicious, i had this spicy spagetthi and cottage pie all this way so delicious!

    Hey Tara! Is surprising just how nice the packs are, just ha a mint choc bar and it seemed never ending I enjoyed every bit I am going to have mild curry as my next pack lets see how this goes

    The bars are delicious and I opted for chilli con Carne in the end which was also lovely not felt hungry yet. Got smoked haddock and veg for eve meal

    Im glad your days have gone well Amanda I love the chilli con carne too! The bars are amazing! I didn't get any this time I loved them so much last time I remember they were always on my mind and the wafers haha so to nip the head games in the butt I just avoided ordering some this time!


    They also have crisps I was so close but decided to just avoid the snacks until iv got a grip on this diet

    Haha yeah I only ordered enough so I had a bar every other day so I don't get too much of a taste for chocolate I also looked at the snacks and thought the same! Makes it too easy to pick at the snacks too much
