    I'm starting slim and save today, bit nervous but hoping I can do this. Going to keep busy today and take one day at a time. Have just broken up from work for the summer Hols and would love to go back in 6 weeks noticeably different.

    Starting weight is 14-12. Crazy weight.

    Have just emptied some of my drawers and realised I have clothes in 4 sizes. No wonder my drawers are fit to bursting. Little things I guess but motivated to look at the lovely clothes I have in small sizes and can't wear. Would love to dump some of my frumpy big stuff.

    Weather a bit overcast today but not cold. Nice the kids can play and run around without getting sooo hot.

    Good luck. I am 3 weeks in and 17lbs down. I am doing 4 packs a day because I find that easier for now. Drink lots of water I average 2-3 litres a day. I can't wait to sort out all my clothes, I love that just in the last 3 weeks in doing this I am able to fit into smaller clothes.

    Hello! I'm just like you with clothes ranging from a size 14 (and one pair of size 12 trousers!) right up to a comfy size 22 - my bedroom is full of 'em, my parent's loft is full of 'em... it's ridiculous!

    Good luck with your first week, I've just finished mine and it was a lot easier than I anticipated!

    Good luck with it. Great incentive to surprise your colleagues and there'll definitely be a difference in six weeks. I banished all the clothes that didn't fit into different bags for each size and then had a try on when I needed a bit of a boost
