Calann- Shrinking and thinking
Day one of starting again.
I've lost the weight before but put it back on again. This time needs to be different. I don't want to be 40 and fat. I feel like i've wasted so much time just because i'm overweight and self-concious. I haven't been living my life. It's been on pause, so time to unpause it.
