    Calann- Shrinking and thinking

    Day one of starting again.
    I've lost the weight before but put it back on again. This time needs to be different. I don't want to be 40 and fat. I feel like i've wasted so much time just because i'm overweight and self-concious. I haven't been living my life. It's been on pause, so time to unpause it.

    Weight: 16s 12 (0/100 lbs lost)
    Food: 2 Chocolate foodpacks, 2 omelettes
    Water: 2/3 (Will drink the last litre during the evening)
    Exercise: None
    Feelings: Tired. My hip and leg hurt (I have an inflamed Bursa)

    Day 2

    Spent the day watching 'Biggest loser' and other weight loss programs in order to stay motivated today.
    Not sure if it helps or not though. Back to work tomorrow, which will be a challenge. I work in the centre of London surrounded by lots of lovely food shops! Dreamt I was eating biscuits last night and got so dissapointed with myself....I don't even like biscuits!

    Weight: 16s10 (2/100 lbs lost)
    Food: 3 chocolate food packs, 1 omelette
    Water: 2/3 so far
    Exercise: None
    Feelings: Still tired. Hip hurts.
