Started s&s yesterday and thought I'd start a diary.
I lost 4 stone on Cambridge last year and gained alonost everything back, so I'm here on s&s as I feel it's less expensive with a greater choice of meals.
17st 8lbs

First day
Banana shake
Veg soup
Spag Bol with broccoli
Honey nougat bar

2nd day
Strawberry shake
Chicken soup
Carbonara with mushroom
Bar

Well done for starting up again. I regained most of my 3 stone loss from Cambridge too but you've done it once you can do it again. As you know first few days tricky but after that it's ok. Stick with it.

Thank you so much! Day 2 almost over think I'm going to like it, feels so good to have the meal packs! Actually like having dinner.

What meals have you had - I had 3 cheese pasta which I found pretty suspect!!!

I've tried the spag Bol with broccoli which was nice and the carbonara with mushrooms which wasn't as great but felt more like a dinner than just a shake! Really went off the soups doing Cambridge but s&s soups seem a bit better! Was the 3 cheese pasta not nice then? I think you really need the veg to bulk it out!

Yes it was very odd but maybe if I had had veg too might have been better - had a very fake odd taste. Think it was 4 cheese actually - can't remember. I've had the chilli which was quite nice. As you say makes it feel like it is dinner.

I also really like the banoffee porridge
