    Start BMI: 30.4
    Current BMI: 28.1
    Goal BMI: 21.3


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st1lb
    Weight to Lose: 3st3lb
    % Lost 7.5%

    When will I stop failing?!

    Day two.second time on diet, first time lasted just over a month.exactly this time two years ago. Wanna lose some weight so that I don't get even bigger over xmas.

    Yesterday I had
    B-hazelnut shake
    L-lemon yogurt shake(so yummy)
    D-chocolate cherry (not a huge fan)
    And my meal was omelette and a salad x

    Hi most of us fail or have a hard time on dieting. But dont give up how much did you lose last time on the diet?

    D-spicy spaghetti pack
    Snacked on a little bit of salad with 3 boiled eggs during the day

    Today
    B-hazelnut shake
    L-choc bar (can't remember which one) lol
    D-raspberry shake
    Did a 14 hr work shift today and ive just got home. Gonna snack on a few slices of roast lamb with a little bit of veg x
