Hi everyone,
I spent most of 2013 on here & lost pretty much most of the weight I needed to. Just as I was about to finally feel fabulous I fell pregnant. I spent most of last year eating and putting all the weight back on?
My little lady is now 6 months old so it's time for action. This is day 1 & I'm 3 packs in (starving!) 1 to go. Hoping to get to know you all as the support on here last time was fantastic x

Hi Porshe04, I'm a newbie, started three weeks ago, I remember that hunger :( good luck with s&s, I'm also losing baby weight, well x2.

I've lost a stone and I want to lose another 3, that would take me down to 10st7 which is lower than I've ever been in a long time. I would be happy at 11st so the half a stone will be a buffer.

I start tomorrow and I also have a little lady. She's 6months 2 weeks. I only gained 7lbs while pregnant. Then 2 stone in the last 6 months.

I'm pretty fit and health wise everything seems to be good, I can run and do everything I could always do. But I want to lose the weight to look slim and toned. Feel like I've lost myself a bit.
 
Hi Sarahonadiet, your little lady must have arrived just before mine, 8th Sept. I put 2 stone on while pregnant which for me is pretty good but I've put a similar amount to you on since and I'm just getting bigger, this diet was brilliant for me last time so I'm hoping for miracles again x
 
She was born 30th August. Currently trying to crawl, loves food and hates milk. Says Mama and gives the best hugs ever :)

I've started today so hopefully will see some results in the coming weeks. I really need a quick fix, like an instant weight loss to keep me motivated enough to continue.

You will get it. I was doing weight watchers before I did this and I still lost nearly 8lbs in the first week.

I lost 11lbs after a week last time. I've only ever done 4 packs though so I don't know if there is much difference if you're eating 'real' food too.

It would've been more but I didn't have any water weight to lose because I was in weight watchers in the lead up it. I prefer 3 packs and a meal, I've gone right off the slim&save meals. Only really like cottage pie and chilli now.
 
I just can't get my head round how quick it drops off! Its hard work but you get results.
 
6lbs is easily doable in week one & with such a good loss you're motivated to carry on. It can be hard going but once you're in the zone it's pretty easy x
 
Seven days in and 10lbs off which I'm really pleased with.

Do you feel in ketosis now?
I'm not doing SnS just now as kinda have my own weird diet thing going on(!!)... But remember it always took me a full 7/8 days to get into ketosis! Was the lonnnnggggest week ever!! Lol.

I am really pleased with 10lbs but it could have been more as I had a Saturday night wobble. Don't think I can be in ketosis but I'm not feeling hungry either, I have got a headache going on though. So what exactly are you doing?
 
Back to day 1 - again - thought after being on packs for a couple of weeks I could get through the Easter hols without food but I should have known better! Stuffed myself silly and now I'm back to exactly where I started.
Here goes again.
