    2 stone to lose..

    Hello. Starting this diary to keep accountable and keep myself motivated and goal orientated. I think I'm about 11.1 and want to get to at least 9 stone. Weigh in to row morning. Packs are due to arrive by 1pm tomorrow so will prob get up as late as poss!
    Tonight I am going to indulge in dominoes and other naughty good stuff.. And from tomorrow it's downwards and upwards!
    I initially started at 15.10 and lost a lot within two years to take me down to 10st sometimes 9.12 sometimes 10.1. In the last two weeks have been mega depressed and been eating like a ****! So think I'm about 11 now.. So sad how it's so easy to gain n so much harder to lose..
    Anyhow.. What's done is done now to accept and move past it..

    So it's the day today...! Woke up feeling a bit fluish not a great start.. Also getting cramp like symptoms so I'm sure my period is due very very soon.
    On the other hand my big box of goodies arrived yayyyy! Have to say I'm so excited to try some new flavours.. Cookies n cream, mango n orange n vanilla ice cream feel like having all of them! Lol
    Started the day with a porridge and coffee. Been holding of my packs as its Saturday and a lazy chill out day..
    So I weighed myself this morning too. For my official weigh in and I wasn't far off my guess..
    Start weight 11.1.8. Need this 2 stone gone asap! Feel very bloated and lethargic these past two weeks that iv been stuffing my face :0

    Soooooo ended up totally sabotaging my first day!!! hubby is meant to be going on a healthy eating plan too and he decided last minute to start tomorrow. I was still sticking to my resolve of starting today however, being Saturday I thought stuff it! Lol
    start officially tomorrow! I'm sure I'll prob be 11.2 tomorrow! Arghhhh

    I'm here to subscribe too! We're similar heights with similar goals so it will be great to follow your progress.

    I have tried this diet a few times before, with mixed results. Need to start a new diary but have been putting it off because I'm not sure how much to write... the whole story is so long!

    Don't worry about sabotaging yourself, every meal you replace with a pack is a step in the right direction. It's about progress, not perfection

    ok so weighed in this morning after yesterday's feasting n ohhh myyy worddd! :0 stuff it! (Fave 2 words right now!)
    start weight 11.3.8 lollll so a 2 pound gain since yesterday.. I started my period too so I'm putting some of that down to that.

    Tried bannoffe porridge today.. Was yum.. I sprinkled a wee tiny bit of salt on it as I felt was a bit too sweet n I really enjoyed it.. Also had a vanilla shake.

    2 packs left still.. Feels too early to be half 7!

    I feel like a bloated fish.. Don't know why I do this to myself.. Can't wait for Wednesday as I'm sure I'm going to feel tonnes better by then..

    My depression is still there and to be honest putting a stone on in the last 2 weeks hasn't helped at all.. Just feel much worse.. It's a downward spiral

    no more. Taking charge today! Iv done it before and will do it again. I believe in myself.

    Hi here to subscribe! I started Tuesday not finding it to bad I also had my monthly absolutely worst timing but hopefully make my weigh in results seem abit more impressive haha. Did you select your meals or did you get the taster pack?

    ps. got to agree about cookies and cream the OH sat next to me eating B&J cookie dough felt like crying but made that and I couldnt care less about the ice cream

    Hi lose nice seeing u here! I selected my own packs as iv done this before so knew what some of them tasted like. I'm going to check out Ur diary after this

    so I actually fully started yesterday, Monday.. Sunday I ended up caving at night :0 yesterday stuck 100% though not in the conventional way.

    Had 2 bars, 1 lemon 1 praline 1 cookie milkshake and chilli con carne.. So basically swapped my extra pack for a bar. Not allowed but way I see it it could've been a lot worse!

    Have been having my packs too late as I'm home these days and sleeping pattern messed up.. So by night time don't feel like anything but a bar n tea.

    Today at is the same.

    Had a lemon bar, a choc shake and another praline bar. Still have a pack left but not having it now.

    Hope i I do a complete conventional day tomorrow with 3 packs and only 1 bar!!

    Hey sas83 thats great that you started i also struggle to eat all my packs before late in the evening i keep having my last around 9 but was assured by sns that it was ok as long as theres an hour gap between last pack and bed.
