Weight loss tracking flowers!

Having a very lovely life
Thought I'd share this with everyone, with so many new starters and restarters just now, I came across it on the LL support forum and thought it was fabulous, so did my own version. The basic principle is that you make up some flowers, each consisting of 6 petals and a centre, each one representing a pound of weight lost - when you lose, you colour your petals in. Each flower coloured is half a stone lost. Just another theme on a weight tracker, but quite a nice one, and small things and all that, but I do look forward to colouring in my flowers each week!

Nice. Good project to set the kids on lol.

So far the 12 yr old is in charge of the mini goals treat list ( I dread to think)
The 3yr old is in charge of reading the numbers on the scales and using his new watch to time me doing exercise and finally the 1 ye old is eating his way through all the Pringles in the house ( currently hot and spicy ... Yuk)

We can do this together

Thanks noodle

This a lovely idea

That is unbelievably cute!

I really like this flower idea.

That's a lovely idea, might get my 3 little monkeys to help me make mine :)

Aw, this is quite nice, and I like colouring in. No kid is getting my colouring pencils.

ive just come across this thread and think its a brilliant idea! i think i will do one and put it in my office! gosh will need a big piece of paper for 12 flowers!! eek

Did you use a template or draw yours free hand??

I used the autoshapes in powerpoint - copied 6 times for the petals round a circle and changed the angle, then grouped each one to copy and paste the whole flower :)
