Just watching the above programme, I am finding some aspects totally gross but others quite interesting about diets and exercise.

I know it's putting my hubby off all foods... I'm sitting here chuckling as the diet starts tomorrow so I won't be touching any of it for a while anyway!

I think it's interesting and perhaps gives a bit more of an awareness about what's actually in some foods. I have just told my husband that we are NEVER buying margarine again!! Lol
Watching now...bit gross...has made me think about the loads of diet coke I drink!
The programme is becoming even more gross ( but keep watching!) More info to put you off diet coke for life!

did I watch the right thing? saying most diet an exercise is bad for you and youre better off sat on sofa eating crisps? the OH liked that bit...!
they always bash 'crash diets' but then VLCDs get mixed into that bunch and I dont believe a VLCD to be a 'crash diet' they all have full re-feeding programs. I suppose people believe what they want though
