    Current BMI: 36.6
    Goal BMI: 27.1


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 5st1lb
    Weight to Lose: 4st3lb
    % Lost 23.83%

    Can anyone recommend a good set of scales?

    I want some pretty accurate ones that do body fat %

    Any recommendations? Xx

    Wk 5-8: -14lbs (2st gone)
    Wk 9-12: -14lbs

    I bought some weight watchers ones that do weight, bmi, body fat weight, body fat % and water %. They're pretty good but I think if you want decently accurate bf% readings you'll have to go expensive!

    £29.99. They were £39.99 when I bought them I think but I then got them half price. They don't always end up giving me a water % annoyingly but that might be because I drink so little! The bf % seems to work well though.
