30 Day Toning Exercise Challenge - Honk if You Were 100% Today

Hey folks!

As some of you may know...I naively made a suggestion to xxMariexx about the 30 Day Squat Challenge for November and now we seem to be nearing the end of Day 2...how did I get conned into that eh?

Well now a few of you have joined, I figured we might as well have a thread to cheer each other on and welcome new peeps on the challenge bus! :)

The rules are simple...just complete the allotted number of squats for each day and honk on here!

here is the 30 day sqUt challenge plan, remember to rest on the rest days and make sure you do them properly so you don't hurt yourself :)

I've printed off a copy and stuck it to my fridge so i don't forget...so here goes November and the journey to perkier bums and leaner thighs....enjoy the ride :D

2 honks from me for 2 days of 100% squatting so far....I'm sure my bum and thighs will thank me for this...someday :cool:

I've had to put some voltarol on tonight so I can get out of bed in the morning...like you say...no pain..no gain :) xx
 
Awesome work ladies! ;o)

I've had go go buy some deep heat today to get me through my long day in the office and running around....even sprayed my bum glutes region haha!
 
20 done so far in the middle of the day....40 to go...
 
I've done mine for today. 3 lots of 20. Just as well we have a day off tomorrow. I've got yoga on Tuesday night and I always feel a bit jelly legged after that. Not quite sure when I'm going to fit my 70 in. Will have to be the bulk first thing and a few at lunch time.

OOh I can't believe the fun starts again tomorrow...the rest today was truly required....strangely I wasn't as sore as yesterday....:rolleyes:
