Thanks... Think I'll watch that :)

Yeah I'm going to watch it x

I know but the pressure is ridiculous because shes in the public eye. Don't get me wrong I'd love to lose 4 stones but I would hope that I didn't become overwhelmingly obsessed to the point I didn't enjoy food anymore, most especially don't want to look years older.

The worse part about it she has to watch what she eats in case she puts it all back on.How can she enjoy life if she's always worrying about what she can and cannot eat.:)

You saw in the program that she was eating a full Sunday dinner so I think she follows more of an 80/20 rule where she gives herself some freesome 20% of the time. Like it was said numerous times its about a lifestyle change for the weight loss to truely work. My problem is/was that I would eat the wrong food (take away, processed, high carb. high fat etc.) 100% of the time before my diet and didn't offset it with any exrecise. The longer I am in my journey the more confident I feel that I can go back and make more of those good choice than bad in order to maintain like Josie.

What's changing 5 of your evening meals if it means you have 2 where you can splurge a little?

I accept I will be "on a diet" for the rest of my life, watching what I eat in one way of another. Dieting is the preliminary struggle, maintenance is the true test!
