    Salad dressing...

    Bonjour all,


    Am sure there'll be a thread on this somewhere, but for the life of me I can't find one now :-/

    Soooo...can anyone recommend a good UK low carb/cal salad dressing? OH hates balsamic so need something else. Also, can someone in the know tell me, is 1-2g per serving low carb? Or do I look at per 100g?! Confused.com!

    This is a dressing that i pinched off the slim and save forums. It accounts for your protein allowance so make sure you use the meal planner on their website.
    25g of low fat cottage cheese with chives and add 25ml of semi-skimmed milk or water and blend. Add herbs and spices if wanted.
    You can only have this on the lifestyle plan tho. xoxo
    Restart (again!)- WK1 - 20/03/14 - 6lb gain - 13st 2lbs
    WK2 - 27/03/14 - 4lb loss - 12st 12lb
    WK3 - 03/04/14 - 3lb loss - 12st 9lb
    WK4 - 10/04/14 - 4lb loss - 12st 5lb
