    Lasagne and Chips!

    I've just made a Lasagne by making up both a chilli and a macaroni pack as per instructions, then layering the chilli with leeks (got this from the hairy bikers!) and topping with the macaroni.

    Finally baked in the oven for 10 minutes on 180 along with 150g of swede chips.

    It was really tasty and really filling, you could also use the bolognese or spicy spaghetti packs but I used chilli as I have loads in and it was lovely

    I was thinking of trying the same thing with the spicy spaghetti next time I order my packs
    Week 1- 9
    Week 2- 3.8 (12.8)
    Week 3- 3.2 (16) just over 1 stone gone!!
    Week 4- 3.4 (19.4) Nearly 20% of my way there!
    Week 5- gain 3- bit of a blip week! (16.4)
    Week 6- 2 (18.4) not 100% all week but now back on track!
    Week 7- 1.1 (19.5)- really struggling to get back on it
    Week 8- 3.1 (22.6)- kicking myself as could have been over 2 stone lost
    Goal is to lose 7st (100lb) - 1/7 done (22.6/100)
