This is my first post on here and my first day on S&S..... just looked at the allowed veg list and was disappointed not to see carrots on italso, why are spring onions allowed but not normal onions

hi and welcome :-)
its all down to carbs.... 100g of spring onions have roughly 3g carbs and and red onions have something like 14g carbs...too many carbs will knock you outa ketosis so you will be more hungry than you need to be.

I asked Rob the same question a few months ago and he said no to onions other than spring ones
