quite simple, chopped a load of mushrooms really small (have bigger if you prefer)
sauted in one spray of spry lite, loads of pepper, dash of salt (I put a fair bit in for my low blood pressure) some sage, then a bit of water, drop of milk and then my mushroom pasta sachet with more water, let it bubble and cooked till pasta bits were soft.
I find the pasta hard to cook with microwave too, this was much easier, no lumps and the pepper is lovely and warming!
