    Tuna bake

This I had to share as it's yummy!

    Ingredients:

1 small can of tuna, drained
    1 small onion, finely chopped
Couple of florets of cauliflour, chopped
Pinch of dill, fresh or dried
    1 macaroni cheese S&S pack
Approx 250mls liquid - part milk, part water

    1. Pre-heat oven to 180C

    2. Mix the mac & cheese pack with the milky water and heat on the hob until it thickens

    3. Pop the chopped onions, cauli & tuna into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with dill (or other seasoning you like)

    4. Pour the sauce over and pop in the oven for about 25-30 mins until golden brown on top.

    5. Eat!!

Well shallots are just baby onions and they're allowed, as are leeks which are in the onion family!

Onions have double the carbs that shallots and leeks have, that's why they're not allowed. I checked with Rob a few weeks ago. If you have them and it works for you then fair play. I sometimes use them and haven't had an issue, they are higher carb though so I tend to stick with shallots unless I've run out and not realised!

I know! You wouldn't think it would you? I didn't see how an onion would be any different to a shallot.

Onions aren't on the list, shallots are though onions are double the number of carbs.

Apparently 1tsp is roughly 2.4g and 1.9g of that is carbs so isn't too bad really.
