    Gravy!!

    Hi all! Does anyone know if gravy is allowed? Just a little bit of bisto. I'm having turkey steak and veg tonight so would be lovely to have just a drizzle... Xx

    I'm doing the 3 meal + protein one. No butter, just bog standard bisto. I'll do extra couple of mins on the cross trainer! x

    i use gravy quite abit with my protien meal, i just log it all on myfitness pal to make sure im keeping under the cal and carb allowance. so far its not caused me any problems
    start weight nov 2012 13st 3.

    nov - december 1st 5lbs lost.
    end weight: 11st 11.

    40 day challenge until florida holiday on 12th of may. (started april 3rd)!

    florida target: 10st 7

    its a website with a massive food database, so you can track all the things youre eating/nutrition etc. its got all the s&s products on the database too, so a really useful tool to keep a check if youre deviating from the plan slightly.
