Put mushrooms under grill while you fry off the rest of the ingredients. Turn mushrooms. Add a bit of Worcestershire sauce (about a teaspoon) to pork mix. Add the pork mix to the mushrooms and there you go!! (I put a very slim slice of cheese on top then grilled again).
