Please can you lovely peeps help me?!

I'm new to s&s I've ordered my trail pack and can't wait to get started! I'm doing 3 packs and a 'meal' as I don't want peeps at work to know what I'm upto as they can be very judgemental! Lol!!

So my question(after muchos ramblings) is..... What veg can we have? I've searched the site high and low and also on here but can't see it anywhere!! Lol!

Hope you can point me in the right direction!

    Ta in advance! Gemsy xx

On s&s if you are starting from the beginning you are allowed 150mls of skimmed milk 200g of certain veg and 100g of protein.

You will receive a list when you receive your packs x

Oooh! are these the new Slim & Save quantities? As if so I might try 3 packs and a meal due to increased quantities of protein eek! Exciting
