    Has any1 tried this iv just came across recipes for this on *********. Will post it if any1 is interested.

    Will need tweaking but sounds intriguing!!!

    Thinking of trying this tonight with basil, spinach, mushrooms etc

    After googling this I have tried it and oh my amazing lol.

    You need a cauli
    egg
    toppings

    Preheat oven
    grate cauli, place in microwave bowl and microwave for 8 mins.

    Add egg and herbs and mix.

    Spread evenly about an inch deep onto a stone or Greece proof paper (I used a tin sprayed with fry light). Put in oven until cooked (took 15 mins fan oven on high) Try not to burn it like me MIL came round lol.

    Leave to cool and place toppings on and put back in oven till cheese has melted (I used handful of low fat grated cheese)

    (For toppings I used tiny amount of tomatoe puree, 1 asparagus, 2 mushrooms, little bit of chicken, 1 garlic clove and a handful of low fat grated cheese.

    Fab, thanks for this! I've done it before but usual atkins recipe (=lots of cheese!), this one much better for a VLCD treat!

    Just found this recipe which really explains things step by step! Note - it has American measurements, but a quick google search will sort out any questions with that.
