Thread: Hot sauce? Vinegar? Mustard?

    Hot sauce? Vinegar? Mustard?

    Hiya.

    Just wondering what vinegar, if any, are allowed? White vinegar? Malt vinegar? Balsamic? I have an apple balsamic as well...?

    And what about hot sauce (like tabasco)?

    And how about mustard? I have the American yellow mustard.

    Is any of that allowed?

    Im on 100% but I'd like to liven up my meal packs and veggies a bit if possible.

    Gone off S&S and Start Slim Fast on Monday (new weigh day)
    Week 4 - 263lbs (+4, day 1 of Slim Fast)
    A couple of weeks of mayhem later and I am restarting ...getting packs from the dietshack - starting weight still 263lbs
    Week 5 - 258lbs (-5)

    I have vinegar and my boyfriend has hot sauce on pretty much everything! Just check for sugar, citric acid and carbs in sauces.
