    Diet: Lipotrim
    You could make chicken kiev - make a small pocket in a chicken fillet, mix some quark with garlic (fresh if your allowed or powder could add some parsley if your allowed that too) and spoon it into the pocket. close with a cocktail stick and then bake Hope this is useful
    Lost 7lb on my own before starting lipotim.
