    Oatmeal Pancakes

    Just thought of this this morning - very much like a dukan galette

    one oatmeal pack
    one egg
    splash water

    Dry fry in pan - I did 3 small pancakes as easier to flip, my galettes used to look like a train wreck if I tried to make a big one!! Pic coming up....

    It was delicious but did use half my protein allowance - so not for every day I guess (as if! I'll be scoffing pancakes every day now )

    Bit hard i found - maybe I made the mix too thick?

    Probably need a little more water Lexie_dog - Ive tried it with various amounts of water and egg and if there isnt enough water, they do get drier/harder. Try a little more water I think!

    Yes, you whisk in an egg and some water, with the pack....its never gonna be like real pancakes (lol) but I find it nice and quite filling!
