Just thought of this this morning - very much like a dukan galette

Dry fry in pan - I did 3 small pancakes as easier to flip, my galettes used to look like a train wreck if I tried to make a big one!! Pic coming up....
It was delicious but did use half my protein allowance - so not for every day I guess (as if! I'll be scoffing pancakes every day now )
