    Stevia?

Hey. Does anyone know if using tabled stevia (truvia) is allowed?
Im trying not to use artificial sweeteners and stevia is a healthier option if I wanted to have my tea or coffee sweet.

I *think* all tablet sweeteners are allowed... how many cals per tablet? I bought some Stevia but was very disappointed by the flavour - this I must have got used to the articifical taste of aspartame! Do you get used to it or did you just like the flavour in the first place?!?

    Stevia?

You get used to it as much as its not ideal I refuse to have aspartame as its so so bad for you. I know they use some in the packs so I rather not add any more to my diet.
Having said that I'm going to use the time I'm on the program to try and not add any sweeteners to my drinks. I never thought I'd say this but I'm starting to like unsweetened coffee!

Yeah I should probably just bite the bullet and get used to it! I don't have a particularly sweet tooth anyway, but coffee with no sweetener? Bleurgh! Too hardcore for me!
