Have re-posted it here as I forgot we had a recipe thread!!
Basically makes 2 cheesecakes - one of which will count as one of your 'meals' that day and also takes up most of your daily milk allowance.
Crumble up a bar between 2 ramekins and push to the bottom - muesli bar worked well.
Open up a shake pack (I used strawberry) and put one teaspoon of mixamousse in and shake it up.
Tip the powder into a blender and put in 85g of Fage natural Greek yoghurt and a splash of skimmed milk.
Blend it up!!
Put on top of the biscuit base in the ramekin and pop in the fridge.
Takes 10-15 mins to set
Tastes like oh my god amazing. Really creamy and thick and sweet and yummy and incredible!
If you halve the shake pack nutritional info and halve the bar nutritional info and halve the yoghurt from your milk allowance you'll get the carbs and calories for each individual cheesecake. (Incase you were interested!!) Come on people, get involved!! Yum yum!! Xx
