    back on track!

    I dont really know what i'm supposed to do, do I create a new thread each week or just use same thread each week?

    Anyway im back on track with 5lb off so very pleased, its been a hard week (or 9 days) but still happy to be back under 200 and in ketosis!!

    Well done girlsbig! Good to see you back on track just as I have a wobble . I am having a weekend off having kicked myself out of ketosis yesterday and will restart on Monday. I was getting p****d off that I wasn't losing much so got a bit disheartened and had 2 bars and a pack of Special K mini bites . I'm hoping that a short break will wake my metabolism up a bit as I'm cross with it at the moment.

    I don't think it matters if you use the same WI post every week or start a new one, just do whatever suits you. I haven't posted my WIs in this bit at all yet - I just shove them in my diary.

    tbh I always forget these forums are here when I go into slim save I only notice them sometimes need to try to get logged in more frequent and take a look at whats happening as there is lots and lots each time I come back!
