    Weekly weigh in time :)

    My first weigh in was today and I've lost 11lbs! Chuffed to bits just have to keep going now!!

    week 1: 14st 11lbs (-11lbs ). TOTM

    Week 3: 14st 7lbs (-3lbs)

    Thanks nomore! Just gives you that extra bit of encouragement! Honestly didn't think I would have lost so much mind u as I had a few drinks sat night but there you have it . How I finding it so far?

    Very annoyingly only lost 1lb this week! Quite annoying as I have kept to in very well and don't even have any cravings to tempt me but I'm extremely bunged up so I'm thinking that might be affecting my weight loss xx

    Being bunged up definitely won't have helped. Take something for that! Biggest tip I have is drink plenty of water, it always seems to work for me.
