Woooooo!!! 11lb and a bit gone!!! Am so pleased, didnt think it would be anywhere near that much! Now I'm back in the 13's, but I won't be staying for long!! Going to celebrate by dancing around the house like a loon, rather than sticking my head in the fridge for a 'treat' like I used to. Wow!!

Weigh in 2: Lost 4lb!!
Didn't think I'd lost anything this week, as scales haven't budged at all, but 4lb gone, so I'm well chuffed. I've lost over a stone in 2 weeks now, and I'm feeling pretty darn pleased :) Going to go to tesco and load up a basket with bags of sugar equivalent to my loss and appreciate that I don't ever have to carry that around with me again. Just need to stay on plan and get to my goal. I had to buy new work trousers this week-others were too big! Happy days, well off to have my shake, and get ready for work :) x

Maybe you can buy something else instead of sugar, that you can use/eat. Maybe tins of tuna!
I'm thinking of filling up my gym bag with cans to represent the weight I need to lose.

Well done on your fab loss:) First weigh in is always such a motivation to stick to the diet.
 
Weigh in 3 - I should have posted this on friday, but I've been mad busy. I ran out of packs because I forgot it was a bank holiday, so I had to low carb over the weekend, So Thought I would have gained...but nope, I Stayed the same. So quite pleased with that Its been a bit harder to stay on track since low carbing. I dont think I'm in ketosis atm:( Oh well, maintaining is better than gaining.X
 
Great losses over the few weeks and a STS isnt all that bad !!! well done your doing great x
 
Well done, from what I've read, a lot of people have a STS in Week 3, so sounds like it may be quite normal.
 
Well done on your loss so far:). Don' t worry about sts, in the end it averages to about 1 stone a month depending on how much you have to lose. When I did a vlcd for 6 months I remember having a few weeks where I would stay the same or lose 1lb in the end I had lost 7st, so don't worry it evens out in the end. Good luck.
 
Weigh in 4:... Stayed the same...Again! Never mind. Still prefer staying the same as opposed to gaining. I've got smaller again Physically regardless of the scales, my jeans are falling off me! x
 
The inch loss will spur you on cushionhugger doesn't it lift you when you have to double check you have the right trousers on.
I was checking labels last week thought someone had swapped my clean laundry :)
Stick with it and you'll be in for a big loss next week
 
Weigh in 5: 13.07 stone. WOoooo! The scales have budged! Only a little bit, but I think its probably stalled from having to low carb when I ran out of packs. My boobs are tiny now...They used to be huge, Cant wait to go bra shopping, and throw away my shopping bag sized ones! Have been enjoying trying on old clothes that I haven't been able to get into for ages, you know the really nice ones you can't bear to throw away because you think one day you will get back into them. Starting a pile of too big clothes to give away, I'm not keeping a safety net of fat pants anymore! Going to treat myself to an ear piercing when I get paid for my losses so far.Have a lovely day all you S&S'ers!! xx HAve also decided to change my goal weight to 9 stone 7 lbs, as thats still a healthy weight within my BMI, and I'd like to go on to atkins afterwards.x

Sounds like you are doing great! Can only dream of being in the 13's at the moment!!! :)
 
Week 6: STS. I'm not drinking enough water. Must drink more, and I'm low carbing when I run out of packs-which is too often. Must be more organised. I was going to treat myself for my first losses, but now I'm going to wait until I've hit the 12's. I'm so close, I really thought today I would be there. AH humbug.Never Mind, on with another day! weigh in7: lost 0.7 lb. so still weighing 13 stone. really feel like giving up. i've got flu im miserable and im sts.
 
Ohhh don't give up now cushionhugger you've come so far.
Just stick with it this week 100% and you've cracked it.
You'll be thrilled to be able to tell everyone you're in the 12's believe me it's the best feeling jumping down to the lower numbers x x
