    so just did my first weigh in and lost 9lbs wow im so happy as im now in the 18 stones something i havent been for ages xx

    thanx everyone im so loving this diet as its yes it can be hard but its easier than 3 shakes aday as u have food and for a first wk loss im impressed with that lol only another 100 pounds to go lol xx
