Well done - brilliant loss!
Lost 80.5 pounds previously with SW, LT and S&S and have put 54.5 pounds back on (heaviest weight 21 stone 5lbs)! Now restarting 15/4/13!!!
07/1/13 previous loss -17lbs (19 stone 6.75 lbs)
week 1: -9.5lbs(18 stone 11.25lbs)
week 2: -3.75lbs(18 stone 7.25lbs)
week 3: -2.75lbs (18stone 4.5lbs)

Get below 19 stone - done 18 done, 17 -
- 16- 15, 14, 13, 12, 11 stone
- Be a size 20 then 18 - Be a size 16 then 14!!!!
