    Week 4 - 11st 1.5lbs - 2.5lbs gone! + 7.25" Loss!

    Week 5 -11st 0.5lbs - 1lb gone! + 1" Loss!
    Week 6 - 10st 13.25lbs - 1.25lbs gone! Not Measured
    Week 7 - 10st 9.75lbs - 3.5lbs gone! + 3.5" Loss!
    TOTAL LOSSES FOR ALL WEEKS -24.25lbs & 37.5" inches lost!

    RESTART -

    11th May - 10st 13.0lbs
    18th May - 10st 8lbs
    20th May - 10st 13lbs - (weekend away, arrgghh!!)

    - Lose 2 stone - only 4lbs to go!
    - 10st by end June 2013
    - Be comfortable in size 10/12's - DONE
    - Maintain and do not gain!
