I dream slims weight loss diary
Week 1 weigh in and I'm down...
12lbs!!!! Actually can't believe it!
Things that have made this more liveable-coke zero, skimmed milk in my morning tea, 4/7 days I had a lovely chicken and cottage cheese salad-yum!
Heading into week 2-my goal is to get to Easter-do 5 weeks 100% to hopefully take the edge off my weight loss! I've then set myself a mission-I'm gonna switch to slimming world which I lie and know work and each month have to achieve a certain weight loss-if I don't achieve it ill be back here!
Gonna be quite tough on myself-so if I faff ill be back on slim and save!
Anyway...here's to the next month!
