    1st week weight loss

    Hi all well weighed myself yesterday and I've lost 7lbs..honestly I thought I'd lose about more then that considering other people's weightless on here. But on the other hand at least I haven't put anything on.

    Well. See how week 2. Goes !

    start weight 18st 5lbs
    Week 1- 17st 11lbs ( -8lbs)
