My first weigh in on s&s
Morning!!
Amazingly I have lost 6lbs!!!!! And a total of 6 inches, 2 of which are off my hips and 1.5 inches of my waist. I'm ecstatic about this as they are the areas that need most help!!
I hasn't been difficult really, first few days were a struggle but On the whole it's been good.
So my aim was to make it through the first week. Any tips for the second week? I can imagine weight loss will not be this big again, more so as I am now 1st 9lb from target? ( may bring target weight down a bit to factor in re feeding). I haven't been this weight since I gave up smoking 2 yrs ago and haven't been at my target weight for over 12 yrs! I'm astonished this actually works.
Fingers crossed this next week goes just as well and I don't give in to toast temptation!!
