I'm wondering if you guys would like to do some sort of weekly weigh in with me. I find it really motivating sharing my losses with people and as not a lot of people know that I am on the diet and you guys are all after the same thing as me!!
So it's my weigh in day on Monday and I'm hoping for a big loss as its my first week of slim and save, (did exante for a week, but then got ill so had to let myself recover for about 2 weeks) just wondering if anyone else wants to share their weekly losses to keep me motivated and hopefully motivate yourselves!

My start weight on Monday was 16st 5lb. Hoping for 7lb to get me into the 15's :)
Trying to only weigh weekly too to stop me getting annoyed if I don't lose!!!
 
Hey Hun I'll join you. I started off at 15st2lbs, been off and on for a few months but have only put on a few pounds here and there. I started again at 12st2lbs and have lost 7lbs so far. I'll weigh in with you on a Monday. Can't imagine being much lower than I am now, I always seem to lose weight at the start of the week then stay the same ha xx

After messing about trying to get under the 14 stone mark for a few months, my 'starting weight' this time was 14st 7lb, on day 6 of s&s and feeling good, day 3 was just horrible and very nearly caved in when sat home alone! BUT stayed strong and so proud of myself for it. Am only doing s&s for 5 weeks to give my self a boost to keep going, needed to get past the 14st barrier. Anyway, good luck everyone and i will update officially on Monday although i am a daily weigher as i find it helps me personally so know im on the right track for a decent loss this week :)
 
Fab the more the merrier :) I think I'm gonna need all the help I can get getting through this weekend. Diets seem to go out the window on a Saturday! Xx

I've gone from being so strict and not weighing myself at all to weighing every day ha. Terrible! I don't even know how much weight I've lost this week just know its 9lbs in nearly 2 weeks. You'll definitely get out if the 14s in 5 weeks. I did 5 weeks no weighing, super strict and lost 20lbs xx
 
20lbs is great! Well done. Id love that, just hope i can push on after this comes to an end, but we'll think about that when it comes lol! Glad iv found people starting the same time as me :) i'm at work for the next 3 days, 12 hour shifts so that should make it easier to cope with as its def harder when im at home! Keep focussed everyone, you/we can do it :)

Morning everyone, well official weigh in result for week 1 is.... -9lbs :) that's after being at my sisters 50th birthday party last night, drinking only sparkling water but having a some of the BBQ food, no carbs but still will have had an effect of the scales! Never mind, was nice and I'm pretty proud of my choices.

Well done guys :) great to wake up to some success!! I had to weigh myself about 5 times this morning as I couldn't quite believe it but 11lb has gone! I know as it's my first week it's probably all water but I'm still very happy. (And very disbelieving!)
So starting a new week on 15st 8lb with a positive outlook and would love to get into the 14's next week! Not sure how likely that is for second week losses but can alway dream :) every week is a step closer! Well done guys on your losses! Xx
