    Fridays weigh in

    Ok so I weigh in on a Friday, only been doing it for 4 days and my weight Loss this week is....12Lb. I'm coming off it today for an event but back on it tomorrow, so I'd like 2lb off by next Friday. So I'm now 18st 1lb. Got three weeks at 100% before next event.
    Was 24st Dec 2010
    had 1st son 23/12/2010
    Got down to 14st 4lb in March 2012
    just had my 2nd son 07/06/2013
    Back up to 19st 12lb due to issues, but I'm past these and on a new journey to a new me :-)

    Week 2: + 4lbs Weight: 17.7 ... Planned weekend off for drinking - wish i'd not bothered!!

    Meant to say I'm 3.5 weeks in started on a Tues but didn't weigh until the Fri as had a big wk end that wk!!, so I'm a Friday weigher, am down 10lbs and have another 3 to go before holiday.

    Wk 4 and 2lbs lost. Happy with that as had a number of work functions where I've had to eat. Have got a big night out this weekend too so going to eat so I'm out of Ketosis and then back to it straight after. Holiday in just under 2 wks and 5lbs to go until my goal holiday weight!!

    How did everyone else get on?!
