Just completed week 2 and a little disappointed at my 2lb loss. Although a loss is a loss :). I stuck to the plan 100% however started to couch to 5k training programme which means walking/jogging 3 times a week. Would like your opinions please on 1) Could this have affected my weight loss? and 2) Do you think I should stop the training this week? Thanks.
I remember reading something about this and it could possibly have affected your weight loss because of the ketosis. if you go on to slim and save website they will have the answer there. Sorry I couldn't be more help
I think this is quite normal in a second week, I know from experience and talking to others that the second week is usually a smaller loss, but it picks back up again after this week. I think its the body just going into shock! :)
