    I've just read through your posts punkmilita and aren't you meant to be on the 4 a day? It just seems that on weeks 3 and 4 (so far) you've only been having 2 or 3 a day.
    Weeks 1-4 -21lb (10lb, 3lb, 5lb, 3lb)
    Weeks 5-8 -15lb ​(4lb, 3lb, 3lb, 5lb)
    Weeks 9-10 -4lb (3lb, 1lb)
    Week 11 (Re-feed)
    Total -40lb


    Goals for 2013

    Lose 6 stone - 1st 2st 3st 4st 5st 6st
    Run - 5k 10k Half marathon

    Hmm, thought someone would spot that after a while.. yeah,I usually have 3 a day instead of 4 because 4 feels like too much and only have 2 on my kebab/bad day.. :0

    Are you taking multi-vitamins?

    Punkmilitia's our rebel boy . Shakes and kebabs - an interesting mix , but do make sure you take a multivit. Anyone not doing 4 per day (women) and 5 per day (men) should be taking one.
