I've just read through your posts punkmilita and aren't you meant to be on the 4 a day? It just seems that on weeks 3 and 4 (so far) you've only been having 2 or 3 a day.
Weeks 1-4 -21lb (10lb, 3lb, 5lb, 3lb)
Weeks 5-8 -15lb (4lb, 3lb, 3lb, 5lb)
Weeks 9-10 -4lb (3lb, 1lb)
Week 11 (Re-feed)
Total -40lb
Goals for 2013
