    Spag bog? Spicy?

    I ordered the spag bog after reading the SnS website and there is no mention that it is spicy. However on receiving the packs it says on them spicy spag bog.

    Is it spicy? I hate anything spicy at all, I cant even put pepper in scrambled eggs.

    Hi tinkerblonde! i hate spicy stuff too, my lips blow up like baloons but i dont know if my taste buds have changed as i dont find it spicy at all! the chilli is a little but even that is so tasty!




    Starting Weight 14.8lbs (SLIM&SAVE)
    Week 1- week 15 TOTAL LOSS OF 3 STONE 3LBS)
    This took from the end of January to mid April to achieve. Weight at the end of slim&save was 11.5lbs
    Time off, holiday and break, joined SW to shift the rest sensibly
    Starting Weight 13.1lbs (SLIMMINGWORLD)
    Week 1- -9lbs

    Week 2 - -3lbs
    Week 3 -1lbs (weight:12.2lbs)
    Week 4 -
    Week 5 -
    Week 6 -
    Week 7 -
    Week 8 -

    Mini goals - Get back to 11.5lbs ASAP
    Increase my exercise


    This time i will get the weight off and keep it off!!

    Not spicy spicy.... I don't like spicy stuff, curry-wise can only go as high as butter chicken! I love the spag bol though. Give it a try, the chili is a bit spicy to me but not the spag bol.

    I love spicy! I even add chilli flakes to the spag bol, the chilli, the soups and the cottage pie!

    07/1/13 previous loss -17lbs (19 stone 6.75 lbs)

    You'll love it, i had it lastnight with mushrooms and brocoli and 85g of pan fried tofu with laods of herbs! it was delish!!!!

    It does mention that the spag bol and chilli are spicy in the frequently asked questions sticky at the top of the foum. It's only a small amount though so if you plan to have your veggies with it then you may not find it too bad. The chilli is definitely spicier than the spag bol. Many people who like really spicy food add more chilli to it as they don't find it spicy enough but some people do find it a bit spicy for them. Best thing is to try it and see.

    Thanks. I just tried it and it wasn't spicy, phew!
    Actually writing this , I can feel a bit of after burn on my tongue but nothing to put me off. It was actually really nice. :-)
