    Eating out - help!

Have posted this on mfp but hope someone can help. I'm off out to wetherspoons tomorrow night with friends and was going to stick to 4 packs but am thinking of doing 3 packs & protein meal. I think the best bet will be either the cesar salad no dressing/no croutons or the chicken & pepper skewers with side salad. Would this be ok do we think? The salad is cos lettuce, grilled chicken and Parmesan cheese.

Personally I think I would go for the chicken skewers.

wow Weasey. I didn't realise Weatherspoons did that on their site. What a great idea, I wish more places did it, it would make eating out so much easier. Do you know if there's a list anywhere of all the establishments that have something on their menu which contains only the allowed foods?

Not that I know of. If I'm going somewhere I just look it up online and you can often get some nutition information.
