    chocolate craving solved!

    I've just had my first chocolate shake and Im loving it!!!!!! this does not feel like a diet at the minute. maybe ill eventually get bored but loving it at the mo.
    Read something about making the chocolate shake into biscuits....how's this done?
    need to start writing things down when i see them
    Start weight - 18st 11lb

    I really like the chocolate shakes too I only have 1 left now though will order more soon.
    Total weight lost so far: 45.¼ lb (25.¼ lb on JUDDD and 20 lb on Slim & Save)

    Started JUDDD on 1st October 2012 weighing 14st 3.¼ lb
    Weight lost in Oct 2012: 10.¾ lb (13st 6.5 lb)
    Weight lost in Nov 2012: 3.¾ lb (13st 2.¾ lb)
    Weight lost in Dec 2012 (1st - 24th): 2.¾ lb (13st 0 lb)

    Had 10 days off plan over Christmas: Didn't weigh myself to find out how much I gained.
    Weight lost in Jan 2013 (4th - 31st): 4 lb (12st 10 lb)
    Weight lost in Feb 2013: 2 lb (12st 8 lb)
    15/03/13: -1.¼ lb (12st 6.¾ lb)
    23/03/13: -0.¾ lb (12st 6 lb)


    Start weight & size: 15st 9.¼ lb, size 22-24
    Current weight & size: 12st 6 lb, size 16-18 (18 is loose, 16 still slightly clingy)
    Goal weight & size: 10st 7 lb, size 14

    Diet: Lipotrim and then slim & save (a few snack products from The Keediet which is also ketogenic)

    The chocolate shakes are my fav too. I have 1-2 every day and always hot yummy.
    Started lipotrim 23rd March 2012 170lbs (12stone 2lbs)
    WK 1- weigh in 29th March 2012- 7lbs (Lipotrim)
    WK 2- weigh in 5th April 2012- 2lbs (Liporim)
    (starting slim and save had a wkend break 7-8 April)
    WK 1- weigh in 12th April 2012- 3lbs
    WK 2- weigh in 19th April 2012- 3lbs
    (Short break advised by my doctor, been really ill still eating healthy meals)
    WK 1- weigh in 7th May 2012- 3lbs
    Off plan 7th-24th May
    Starting again at Day 1 and my aim is to do 100 days consecutively 100%.
    I know i can do it i need to prove to myself i have the will power to do it.

    Final restart (Incentive is money back) 12 week plan
    WK 1&2- 25th May- 7th June-
