    dont want to sound stupid

    but could someone just give me a basic breakdown of the diet,

    iv been on the cambridge diet and struggling with the cost and noticed this is abit cheaper,
    im a female, 5 ft 5 and weight 11 stone 7

    ive been on the slim and save website and will be doing the 3 pack package,
    just not sure from there..

    am i right in thinking i could have a chocolate shake for breakfast, a bar for lunch and then a slim and save spagetti bolognise for tea?
    but then a 200 calorie meal and vegitables is mentioned.. is that instead of the spagetti bolognise or aswell as?

    sorry to sound so dim, just need to get my head around it propperly

    Heya,

    It took me a while to get my head around it all at first so don't worry In reality its more simple than you think.

    You either have..

    3 packs + Protein Meal + Multivitamin (with minerals)

    or

    4 Packs

    With either of the options you have optional allowances of 150ml of skimmed milk and 200g Selected Veg

    Some of us have 4 packs some days and 3 packs + Protein on others.

    From what you have mentioned it looks like you would like to do the 3 packs, with that you would have to have a Protein meal of a 100g plus a multivitamin on top.

    Most of the questions are answered on the website that Starlight linked ofc

    thankyou for the reply, think im getting there
    iv ordered 14 shakes, 14 bars and 14 meals, my two weeks supply, like i said ill probably have a shake for breakfast, bar for lunch and the s&s meal for tea,
    one last question about the 100g of protein, can i add that to my s&s meal at for my tea or does it have to be seperate, its just i hardly have time to get the 3 packets as it is, will be a struggle having the 3 packets plus an addition meal x

    Yep you can just add it to your last meal of the day, doesn't matter if its with something or if you have it separate, as long as you fit it in
