I'm not sure if this has been asked before but I can't see an answer anywhere.
I've just got through my first day (after moving over from slimming world) and things are going well. Not too keen on the mac cheese but everything else has been really nice .
The only problem I have is I don't own a microwave and all the instructions say add to a bowl or saucepan and microwave. I have heated today's meals on the hob until I think they look done. Is that ok or should I b heating them for a specific amount of time?
I think if you look on the online site there are instructions for each of the packs on the hob.
Reached goal of 130 lbs to lose.
On maintenance I'm a little higher than I would like to be...
I never use a microwave, always use a pan. x
