Glad you are losing weight so well - well done! If you are exercising heavily then you could add an extra pack every day - or add calories via extra protein. You'd still get the benefit of a VLCD because you'd be burning the excess up. Be careful with the fruit. It can knock you out of ketosis and hence make you hungry. Starberries are low GI though so not so bad - you might want to think of eating them with yogurt to reduce the GL even more. Other fruit which is similaraly low are things like blueberries and blackberries.

On maintenance I'm a little higher than I would like to be...
On days I do exercise I add a low carb protein shake mixed with a sns shake and have half before and half after workout does me just gone for extra protien and don't ever go over the 800kcal vlcd threshold
