    Failure :-(

    Feel like a failure was doing so well on day 3 today and I stupidly ate a pack of crisps !! Kicking myself :-(

    It's just a bump, onwards and downwards! (on the scales obviously!) One packet of crisps won't ruin your hard work - so long as you get back on the wagon ! I ate two tortillas and a go ahead bar the other day, but i've been 100% since you can do it chick xx
