Day 24 for me and after a trouble free ride so far, this week I'm suddenly hungry- like starving, feel a bit sick hungry. Also having slightly upset tummy. Have so far stuck with it regardless, but am interested in why this may have happened. Any ideas please? Thanks. X

Target 2 - Get to 157 (lowest I've been in last ten years!
Target 3- Get into 10s.....woop woop!!
Target 4- Target weight - 10 stone 7lbs
I've also lost almost 3 lbs since Thursday which, while v.exciting, seems a lot!!!! Strange.....
Not sure, but I've been deeply in ketosis, and felt hungrier when stressed or when coming down with a cold. Think it's just your body noticing you need more energy. During those times I've tried to up my lean meat count and stay away from the bars as I'm likely to want to eat them by the handful

That's why I'm having not to order the bars this time round. I went on a bit of a bar binge! They were just too nice for me in all honesty. Hopefully, one day, when I've learned better habits. But for now, gotta avoid.
I'm really hungry too at the moment. Like I could just constantly eat. But, was okay for the first 2-3 weeks too. Maybe weight loss from our fat stores is really starting to kick in now, or something!
